Hanscom is New England's principal private-aviation gateway, twenty minutes from both downtown Boston and our Framingham base. There is no airline terminal to navigate — your aircraft taxis to an FBO, and the ground segment either matches the flight or undoes it. We treat Hanscom arrivals with the same tracked precision as a Logan international: vehicle staged before wheels-down, chauffeur at the FBO when you step inside.
Terminal pickup, step by step
- Arrivals: give us your FBO and tail number or charter reference at booking; your chauffeur meets you in the FBO lobby — or curbside at the FBO entrance, at your preference — with luggage assistance straight from the line crew handoff.
- Departures: we coordinate drop-off timing with your flight department or charter operator so the vehicle arrives as the aircraft is ready, not before the ramp is.
- Discretion is the default at Hanscom: unmarked staging, no name signs unless requested, and cabin preferences loaded from your rider profile.
Wait-time policy
Complimentary wait: 45 minutes for domestic arrivals, 75 minutes for international, measured from actual wheels-down — never from the scheduled time. For all other pickups, complimentary wait is 15 minutes from the booked pickup time. Beyond the free window, wait time accrues at the quoted per-minute rate shown on your booking.
Flight tracking
Private and charter movements are tracked by tail number or charter reference where the operator permits tracking. Where a flight is blocked from public tracking, our dispatch coordinates directly with your flight department for real-time timing.

- Yes — standing coordination with flight departments is normal for our Hanscom clients. Dispatch confirms timing against the crew's updates, not the original schedule.
- Can the same vehicle run Hanscom-to-Logan connections?
