- Your organization commits to a monthly hour block at membership rates. Hours draw down as rides complete; unused hours roll into the next period up to your plan's rollover cap. Usage and balance appear in your monthly report and the corporate portal.
- Can we start on Signature and move up?
- Yes — most corporate accounts begin with Signature per-ride billing, then adopt Corporate Reserve once their monthly volume makes committed hours the better arrangement. Your account manager will show you the crossover math.
- What does the complimentary first ride include?
- A standard Signature-class ride for a new corporate account — typically an airport transfer or executive point-to-point — so your team can evaluate the service before committing.
