- How does a Corporate Reserve block work?
- Your organization commits to a monthly block of covered trips at membership rates. Trips draw down as rides complete; unused trips roll into the next period up to your plan's cap. Usage and balance appear in your monthly report.
- Can we start on Signature and move up?
- Yes — most accounts begin with Signature per-ride billing, then adopt Corporate Reserve once monthly volume makes a committed block the better arrangement. Your account manager will show you the crossover math.
- Where are the rates?
- Program rates are issued privately on the Deansgale rate card, fixed for your committed term. Request an account below and the current card comes with your account manager's first reply.
- What does the complimentary first ride include?
- A standard Signature-class ride for a new corporate account — typically an airport transfer — so your team can evaluate the service before committing.
