Terminal pickup, step by step

- Your chauffeur coordinates by text as you exit, so the vehicle reaches the stand as you do — Logan, like most New England airports, routes commercial pickups through designated pick-up areas rather than in-terminal meeting.
Wait-time policy
Complimentary wait: 45 minutes for domestic arrivals, 75 minutes for international, measured from actual wheels-down — never from the scheduled time. For all other pickups, complimentary wait is 15 minutes from the booked pickup time. Beyond the free window, wait time accrues at the quoted per-minute rate shown on your booking.
