Some days don't fit a point-to-point booking: five meetings in four neighborhoods, an investor lunch that may run long, a property tour that reorders itself en route. Hourly service places a chauffeur and vehicle entirely at your direction — the itinerary is yours to change, and the vehicle never leaves you.

How as-directed service works

Book a block of three hours or more, and your chauffeur stages at your first pickup fifteen minutes early. From there the day is yours: add stops, extend meetings, reroute entirely. The vehicle holds position between stops so you step out of every meeting into a waiting cabin — no re-summoning, no fresh driver to brief.

Your itinerary is loaded in advance and personalized to the schedule: building entrances, parking arrangements at each stop, and time buffers where the calendar looks optimistic. Changes flow to the chauffeur in real time through our dispatch system.

Purpose-built for roadshows and investor days

Financial roadshows are the discipline test of ground transportation: eight meetings, six addresses, zero tolerance for a late arrival. We run them with route optimization against live traffic, a dispatcher monitoring the whole day, and a cabin configured as a working office — 5G Wi-Fi, device charging, privacy glass, and silence when you need to prepare.

For multi-vehicle days — deal teams moving in parallel — we coordinate the fleet centrally so every party arrives together.

Pricing that respects the arrangement

Hourly service is billed against the committed block with a three-hour minimum, quoted in full before the day begins. No surge pricing exists anywhere at Deansgale Livery. Corporate Reserve members draw hourly days from their committed monthly block at membership rates.

What is the minimum booking for hourly service?
Three hours. Beyond the minimum, time is billed in increments against your quoted hourly rate — quoted completely before the day begins.
Can I change the itinerary during the day?
Yes — that is the point of as-directed service. Direct your chauffeur in person or send changes through the app; dispatch reroutes in real time.
Do you run multi-vehicle roadshows?
Yes. We coordinate multiple vehicles centrally for deal teams and investor days, with a single dispatcher owning the whole schedule.
