Give us your FBO and tail number or charter reference at booking. Your chauffeur meets you in the FBO lobby — or curbside at the FBO entrance, at your preference — with luggage taken straight from the line-crew handoff.

Departures are coordinated with your crew, so the vehicle arrives as the aircraft is ready. Discretion is the default: unmarked staging, and no name signs unless requested.

Tracked like a flight, run like a program

Private and charter movements are tracked by tail number or charter reference where the operator permits. Where tracking is blocked, dispatch coordinates directly with your flight department for real-time timing.

Private-to-commercial connections — Hanscom to Logan and back — are quoted as a single fixed engagement, with one chauffeur accountable end to end.

The cabin standard carries over

All-electric Cadillac executive vehicles, fully-vetted professional chauffeurs, and rider profiles that carry climate and amenity preferences from the aircraft to the car. Every engagement is quoted fixed, in writing, before service.

Which airports and FBOs do you serve?

Hanscom Field (BED) is our private-aviation base. Island travelers are served via the Hyannis and Woods Hole ferry terminals.

Do you coordinate with flight departments and charter brokers?

Yes — standing coordination is normal for our private-aviation clients. Dispatch confirms timing against the crew's updates, not the original schedule.

Can you run ground programs for a roadshow arriving by private aircraft?

Yes. Multi-leg days are arranged as as-directed charters under one dispatcher, with the vehicle held to your schedule.

How is private-aviation service priced?

As a fixed written quote per engagement — by transfer or by the hour — with complimentary wait measured against actual arrival.
