Weddings, planned like operations
A wedding timeline is a dispatch problem wearing formalwear: first looks, family staging, guest shuttles, and a getaway car that must be exactly where the photographer expects it. We build a written vehicle schedule against your planner's timeline, walk the venue's arrival logistics in advance, and assign a single coordinator who owns the day.
The fleet arrives detailed, ribboned to your specification, and stocked to your preferences. Chauffeurs in formal attire manage door service, weather contingencies, and the seventeen small courtesies a wedding party needs and never has to request.
Galas, premieres, and corporate occasions
For corporate events we run arrivals in waves — board members, honorees, and keynote guests staged so the entrance photographs well and no one waits. Multi-vehicle packages include a dedicated dispatcher, live tracking for your event team, and consolidated billing to the event budget rather than a stack of individual receipts.
Custom packages
Every event quote is custom: vehicle mix, hours, staging, and coordination scope, in writing before you commit. All-electric Cadillac SUVs and executive sedans for principals, Sprinter capacity for guest movement, and combinations of the two for full-scale productions.

- How early should we book wedding transportation?
- Two to six months ahead for peak season (May–October) dates. Off-peak weddings can often be arranged with less notice.
- Do you coordinate directly with our planner and venue?
- Yes. We prefer it — a single walkthrough with your planner and venue manager eliminates most day-of surprises, and your coordinator stays reachable throughout the event.
- Can you handle guest shuttles as well as the wedding party?
- Yes. Sprinter-class vehicles handle guest movement between hotels and venue while the executive fleet serves the wedding party.
